These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Perdana99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Perdana99 online gaming platform, accessible at https://perdana99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and related digital services.

To register and maintain a Perdana99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Failure to provide truthful registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Perdana99 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Never share your password with any third party, including Perdana99 support staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately at [email protected].
• Players who suspect their account has been compromised should request an immediate account lock via live chat.

Perdana99 supports deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment channels. All deposit transactions are processed over secure, encrypted connections.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT. Perdana99 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. Current minimum thresholds are displayed on the deposit page.
• Perdana99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements and may take longer than standard MYR transfers to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the method originally used for deposit where possible. Perdana99 targets the following processing timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 60 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by banking system availability or account verification status.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. Payments to third-party accounts will not be issued under any circumstances.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player prior to processing. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
• Perdana99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests above defined thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breaches of these Terms pending investigation.

Perdana99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only and are awarded at Perdana99's sole discretion.
• Duplicate account holders will have all bonus claims voided and may be permanently banned.
• Coordinated bonus abuse — including chip dumping, matched betting using promotional funds, or abuse of referral programmes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Contribution rates are listed on individual promotion pages.

All bets placed on the Perdana99 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. General betting rules applicable across all verticals are set out below.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed unless permitted by the specific game rules or where a clear technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round or sporting event, Perdana99 reserves the right to settle bets according to the available official result or, where no result is available, to void the bet and return stakes.
• Manifest pricing errors — where odds or payouts are clearly incorrect — will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of whether a bet has already been settled.
• Perdana99 may impose bet limits or restrict betting markets on individual accounts where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including accounts suspected of exploiting pricing errors or arbitrage strategies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Perdana99 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension and potential permanent termination, with associated funds forfeited pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit bonus programmes, or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit progressive jackpots.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a deliberate manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through Perdana99.
• Registering as a player if you are under 21 years of age or have been previously excluded from the platform.

Perdana99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the written request of the account holder.

Upon closure of an account, any outstanding real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited activities) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perdana99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Perdana99's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus credits.

Perdana99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.

Perdana99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform usage is used exclusively for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. Perdana99 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Perdana99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice where practicable.

Continued use of the Perdana99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendments, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perdana99 is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and Perdana99, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Perdana99 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
